And after running Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 exclusively across all the regions, fans are less likely to take this change well.

But the good news is that the Exynos 2400 packed Samsung Galaxy S24 might not be a full-blown run. Instead, Samsung is reportedly limiting it to one to test the waters. And as the title says, the base model might be the one to come with the Exynos 2400 instead of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Basically, Samsung will pack the base model of the Galaxy S24 series with Exynos 2400 in some of the regions. On the other hand, the Ultra and Plus models will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in all markets. It is important to note that Samsung might choose the Exynos variant regions based on their sales report.

That is, the base mode of the Galaxy S24 will come with Exynos 2400 in those areas where Galaxy phones perform the best in terms of sales. On that note, the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Ultra have sold the highest, while the Plus variant saw a very poor performance.

S23 Ultra and Plus So, the chances of the Galaxy S24 Plus coming with Exynos 2400 are very low. Samsung would want to make sure that it has all it takes to attract buyers. On the other hand, Samsung is planning to showcase how well the Exynos 2400 performs against the competition with the base model. According to the source, the South Korean firm also wants to show that it has fixed the Exynos team and its foundry.
